I heard that if your pour out what you felt and didn't bottle it up every now and then, you'd get yto feel even a little bit better, I tried it for myself, I expressed my feelings (in a non humorously dark way) in a serious manner to the people I trust with that information about myself and it went great. Quite a bit of tension from my body was gone the first time I ever opened up, it was Philosophy class with Sir Poch and we had to write something on the board and I wrote about how I tried to kill myself twice before the age of 15.
